Review: Sony MDR-XD200 Headphones

Review of the Sony mdr-xd200 headphones.
These headphones are made out a black plastic and look really sleek when they are sitting on the top of your head. The recommended retail price here in the UK is £19.99. The headphones have a decent level of bass and are very comfy. I wear these headphones for most of the day and they defiantly don’t hurt my head. The headphones have two modes which can be adjusted from just under each ear plug. The two modes are “movie” and “music”. If I am being honest I haven’t really noticed a difference in the two modes. The over ear headphones are very crisp and clear even when turned up to full. Unfortunately the volume can’t be controlled from the headphones and has to be controlled by the phone or computer.
The headphones also don’t have a built in microphone which is disappointing considering the price. However the headphones do have a really long cable which is good when going to the gym. Sony were also kind enough to include a gold plated 3.5mm to 6.3mm adapter. I haven’t used this yet but it looks very well made. The 3.5mm adapter already installed on the headphones is also gold plated and makes the experience more rich.
