The Z600 are a pair of wireless stereo speakers that have a very unique design as you can see. Charlotte Johs, Logitech global vice president of brand development and portfolio for PC accessories said “The Logitech Bluetooth Speakers Z600 were designed to resemble an object of art using shapes, materials, and colors that meld with the modern living space and complement the look of ultrathin laptops,”

These speakers allow you to wirelessly stream music or other audio from your smartphone, tablet or computer. You can have three devices connected at once and seamlessly switch between them just by pausing one and pressing play on the other. Each speaker has 3 drivers which should provide loud and clear sound whether you’re playing a game or watching a movie.

The controls further emphasise the clean and modern design; to raise or lower the volume, you simply glide your finger  anywhere along the touch sensitive circular top of the right speaker. Hidden on the back side are the power button, bluetooth pairing button and a 3.5 mm input which can be used for headphones or as an auxillary input to connect to an iPod or portable device that might not have bluetooth for example which is a nice touch.

The speakers come with a flat design power cable, meaning your desk or office won’t look messy with tangled cables. Logitech is really catering for everyone’s needs here and considering customers that perhaps might have a laptop or desktop computer without BlueTooth; they’re doing this by including a USB Bluetooth transceiver with the Z600. I have to commend them for this and more companies should definitely follow suit. As mentioned above, you also have the option to connect your audio device to the speakers without bluetooth using the 3.5 mm input.
